Summary:

            It tells about the balance with the simplicity. And we have 2 types so that we can avoid the monotony 1.variation 2.Emphasis. because both operate in the in the different level one is focusing on the variety of things and the other one is based on the special or different things. In this chapter i learn about the how take sentence from the repetitive sentence and make it easy so that reader is feel to read.

What i learnt from this chapter:

·         Simplicity must be balanced with others in the communication goals

·         If the words are simple with attractive image then we can attract the readers

·         We can use the image as the actor, action, things acted upon, results of action

·         If the words are difficult and the images are abstract, then we should make the sentence shorter.

·         Ways to avoid the monotony- variety and emphasis

·         Varation and emphasis operate within the limit of the simplicity

·         To create emphasis, it is necessary to use 3 devices. They are :pointing out, retardation, shortening you seen.

·         Simplicity is always vital than variety.

    Things that iu already known before:

·         Repeation gives visibility and make the sentence  significance so that  we can hold the interst of the reader

·         We can attract the readers through the simple words and attractive words

·         Emphasis will make the reader to focus on the certain important aspect

·         Emphasis is shorter form for the sentences.

·         If we can attract the reader to the first sentences with the specific emphasis then we can make the reader to interest and we are able to grab the the interest of the reader through out the topic

            I dint look into the questions properly of this chapter

   Concept i used this in the my previous blog:

            In my previous blog i have i write about the my brother in this i have used emphasis because i have the specific quality of the my brother from that i explained different things in the blog.

            In our life also we should focus on the our best quality and for that specific goal we should work it on so that we can achieve our goal with no difficulty because we are in the specific way. Even in our subject also next year we should take the that subject so that we were in the best in that subject because we can

SUMMARY:

                In this chapter we can understand the how to write in the simple. Simple sentence will make to understand how to write and read this will make the readers to interest in the topic. Simplification is the most valuable things in the communication. Simplicity is the ratio between total number of words in it and the number of connecting words on in it.

New things that i learned from this chapter:

·         First thing i like i learn is to simplify the sentence.

·         Here the connector will give the strong tie between the 2 word pictures.

·         By misuse of connector, by overloading, by illogical order, by leaving out necessary fact difficulty arises.

·         Repetition can be used to detail a process, to show its development

·         Repetition is a vital tool in eliminating overloaded sentence and overload images.

·         Dependents are tool for the simplification of your thoughts.

·         Dependent sentence is automatic, natural language device shows 2 main types of relationship 1.time 2. causes and effect.

Things that i already knew about, that they were given in this chapter:

·         In our sentences we should include the more connector so that we can make the sentences simple and easy.

·         Normally what we do is we will write so many things to attract the others.

·         Difficulty word and understandably things should be avoided.

·         When each time the phrase is repeated, it also expands so that each time reader gets more information about it.

                In my blog i had written about 7 day experiment in that i had written very simply understandable because every body could understand and they can clearly understand what iam trying to say because i used simple sentence in my blog and i used many picture and connection words to attract the readers who are reading.

                Here i will connect this to the economics subject because when the Eco sir is teaching he will give the simple simple example from this i can easily concentrate and make the things to remember easily throughout any difficulties. Normally he will give the example within class or it might be which the things we are familiar in that so this will make the more interesting on the subject.

How to choose the right length for your sentences:

                In this chapter we learn about the art of making sentence short. It also tells that how to make sentence short as much as possible. It also tells about the how each short sentence is related to the long sentences.this will make our sentence to give much simple, clearness, and emphasis as we want.

New things that i have learnt from this chapter:

·         Each of our sentences needs to have only enough words in it to be understood

·         Effective, good working sentences need only one word

·         Even if here is no single actor or action we can understand them, because they make a sense

·         Awareness of the thought flow can enable us to adjust the length  of our sentences

·         Sentences can get much of its meaning from the proceeding sentences

·         Sentences has to make the sense

·         If we feel our sentences is lenthy then we can break it down to different other sentences

·         Second sentences must have connector, no matter how long it is or short

                When i write in the blog whichever things i know that i will write it in the very well but when it comes to the matter of unknown things i will go little behind because i do not know the things properly same way when i write about the my brother i will write in the very nicely because i know him but when i write about the traditional dress i do not know about this properly so i cant write too much.

                Normally i can understand about the theory subject but i find difficult about the on the practical subject is like when i a was in the practical subject class i was little lazy towards the subject but i will easily catch the the what the lecturer are teaching.

                In this chapter is all about what are the types of connector which we can use after each sentence, how to use them, what are its importance etc. There are mainly 3 kinds of connectot we can use two or more of them. But we must use atleat one such type of connector.three types of  connector are linking connector, condensing connector, non-word connector.

New things that i have learnt from this chapter:

·         It is important to give our listener as much as we feel is adequate at that time.

·         Any changes must be know to them in advance.t

·         The sentences of our throught doesnot need any connector

·         There are three types of connectors

·         Even punctuation marks also act as aconnector

Things that i already knew about, that were given in the chapter:

·         Whenever we first start to write we try to put every our throught in first sentence. It is general tendency

·         If we write everything in first sentence, our reader will not able to understand what we are going to say

·         Second sentence starts with the connector

·         Repetition blocks the new images we are trying to give to our reader

·         Try to make each image complete and do it  in a few words as possible

                There is always a tendency when you first start to write, to put too much deatail into each sentence. In hurry-bury or in excitement or in tension always do the same. I wanted to express entire my throught in single sentence these all i had been written in the about me in the blog.

                We don’t want the repeatition in our life because we feel bore on the topic so we need to changes in our topic if the sir will give same example through out the topic it leads to bore but if they give nice example with different then makes interesting.

Summary:

                In this chapter here we learn about the how the picture and connecting word will closely connected with each other and how they make the beautiful sentences these all we learn from this chapter and also human beings do have the any any modern instrument in their head so they cannot memorize all story they cannot remember so they need to reapted kind of pictures in their head. Two or more people share the same thing but with different way these all explained in this chapter.

New things that i have learnt from this chapter:

·         Our imagination should be clear it should not create any misunderstanding between others.

·         When aim trying to connect with the two pictures then i need to connect with the connected words because it will make the sentences more clear and perfect.

·         Open ended sentences will give the introduction to our sentences

·         Their should not necessary that each sentences should have the actor and action.whenever we are giving the word image then it should be complete.

Things that i already knew about this before this chapter:

·         I knew that if their is too many examples in the topic then others will not remember

·         Invisible things are very frequently

·         When we are sending the image incompletely then it is to understand it is very difficult.

·         When the sentences pattern is firmly established it needs no connecting words

·          listeners or readers should have the enough information about the topic.

                In my blog i had written about the my brothers i did not written soo many examples on him but still i had written on him whichever is most important and interesting topics are written on my blog.

                I cannot remember the all the things in my life and also in the subject also i cannot remember all the things for example when in the marketing class sir will give lot of example i cannot remember all the things so what i do do is important thing i noted in the notebook so that i can understand easily and remember the things.

2.how to put these word parts together to write single sentences:

Summary:

                A person will have the number of thoughts with him but he Cannot express it in the together so need the combination of picture word and connecting  word. When we apply these two into the sentences then we can convey the messages to others easily. And when we are communicating with others we need to pause with the sentences because others should what we are trying to say.

What i learnt from this chapter:

·         Sentences with the grammar is all about the picture word and connecting words

·         First we need to have the what the picture and connecting words are talking about.

·         Road sign and connector help to connect two or more picture words

·         This will enough to convey our thoughts to the others

·         Only the civilized person use the connectors.

What i already known about this topic:

·         Their is difference between connecting and the picture words.

·         Connecting words will not give correct picture about the topic

·         When we are talking with others we should not have the any confusion.

·         We will have number of thoughts but we cant express because of the sentence making problem

·         When our thoughts are clear their is clear cut explanation towards the readers or Listerine.

·         When we have the difficult words then we will have to take help of connectors.

                Their are 3 steps for the communication:

When i had been writing about the traditional dresses first thing is i decided which are all should be put into the blog like i decided which picture  and connecting words are necessary to do this topic and later i make the sentence full with using both of this to make the others should understand.

                When am talking with others i will continuous speaking without pausing in the sentence iam in the hurry to tell the story but not realizing that others will get interest only when when we talk in the others we need to pause with  our sentence so that others will get interest towards our topic.

1.Two main parts of the grammar:

Summary:

                Forgot the older grammar-instead all languages are made of two definition-picture words and connecting words-picture word is built picture within it, connecting words unless we put them in a sentence they give no picture.

What i learnt from this chapter:

·         Forgot the old grammar

·         Old grammar wrong, but disastrous

·         Their are 2 definition for the sentences they are picture word and connecting words.

·         These two elements are used to contract the flow in sentence.

·         Picture words by itself, you see or feel, imagine something

·         Picture words show us things ,action, colors ,size, feelings, judgement, ideas.

·         Kinds them are not important their definition are important.

·         You talking something and the others will think something so the connecting word is important.

What i know before about this topic:

·         Picture word will attract  the listeners or readers

·         Picture word gives the explanation of the sentences

·         Connecting words will give you the correct idea about the topic

·         Connecting word will mean something only when you are joined another word that is picture word.

·         Usually when we are talking the other people will think differently
